• High precision cast iron made machine, robust and compact ensuring a perfect rigidity and a work totally free of vibrations.
• The only machine of the market with mobile bladed roller. The skin is fed-into the machine by the carrier roller which remain in fixed position while the bladed roller moves to the front to work the skin without pressure. 
• Automatic advance of the grinding wheel according to the wear of the blades. The position of the support is controlled at any time by a microprocessor acting on micrometric screws to always ensure the shaving thickness selected.
• Shaving thickness controlled by brushless motor by steps of 0,01mm.
• Adjustable working speed until 25 meters / minute.
• Bladed roller installed on bearing houses free of maintenance and allowing a very quick disassembling. 
• Full automatic control of the machine through 10” touch screen. 
• Programming system allowing the instantaneous adjustment of the machine according to the type of leather to shave.
